So I got the game pass ulitmate and xbox live, So what happened was i press a on NBA2k21 and then i press a on mycareer it wont let me in it so can you help me please.
I have the same problem :( if you know how to fix this, please advise. The game sometimes let you in but most of the times not.

Is your account a child account or an adult acount? Using the birth date that you entered when you created your account, what is the age of the account?

Yes, I can already play. Nothing changed, but I realized, that when my brother's profile was active I was not able to access to my career mode or play online on my team mode, no matter if I was using my account or not. So, when I close his profile on the Xbox, I can play on mine. His profile is for an under age one, so that might be it.

I had the same problem and it was because I was signed into multiple accounts at the same time you just need to sign out of the account you are not using.
